4th Street Farms 
Do you know why there are two plants in a pot at the community garden by the firehouse on Neil? There are some seeds on at least one of the plants. Can I get one? Is there some reason for not popping this in the ground? It seems to be kept watered, probably on a daily basis. Thanks, Cindy
